About me

I have worked for blue chip companies for the past 21 years. 7 years ago I had a life changing experience when I was successful in gaining a position in a Learning & Development department. It totally changed my idea of the goals and career I wanted.

It gave me opportunities to work throughout the UK , Switzerland and Holland

I experienced first-hand the effect that development can have on people. When it is done properly, it can transcend the working environment to everyday life. I have since dedicated my working life to helping people develop themselves so that they can identify their goals and how to achieve them.
At the heart of the business is developing long term relationships that are built on trust; through open and honest consultation that leads to the right solutions at the right time and using the most effective medium.

Although I continue to work with blue chip companies I am happy to work with small to medium enterprises and the voluntary sector. I am based in Bonnie Scotland however, I am happy to travel to where my clients need me to be.

My qualifications include:

• Certificate in Personal Development & Executive Coaching (Strathclyde University)
• Association of British Psychologists Level A & B Certificate
• Myers Briggs Step 1  Accredited
• Myers Briggs Step 2  Accredited
• Certificate in  Training Practice (CIPD)
